Qualifications 1. Very good command of English language. 2. Experience in call center/customer service is an asset. 3. Discipline & strict compliance with policies & procedures. 4. Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development. 5. Strong verbal communication skills. 6. Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude. 7. Ability to work on a 24 hours shift basis that will include night and overnight hours. 8. Proficiency in using MS Office application. 9. Share knowledge with colleagues and the immediate departments. 10. Proactively manage personal work standards and development.
