• Creating readiness plans, programs, and initiatives
that promise the continuous development of the
team.• Tracking employee trainings, certifications
and development on regular basis.• Maximizing
employee engagement through helping & supporting
employees on their learning paths.• Running the
needs analysis & studying the possible areas of
development.• Communicating with external trainers
and preparing the training & workshop agenda,
requirements & logistics.
